Sales Policies:

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES BE GIVEN.

To place an order, measurements and a 50% deposit is required.
The remainder is due at the time of the first fitting. Deposits are not refundable
nor are they applicable for credit towards other merchandise, regardless of changes
in wedding schedule. In the case of a canceled wedding, the purchasers will be still be
held fully responsible for payment in full for the order. The purchaser may forfeit one's
deposit therefore freeing one's self from further financial obligation.

We are not responsible for the following:

• Textile manufacturer dye lot/weave variations.
• Size inconsistencies due to weight fluctuations or pregnancy.
• Merchandise not claimed 10 days after wear date indicated on sales slip.

All modifications, extra large sizes, extra long, rush/ special delivery are subject to additional cost.

In the case of custom-making/alterations, all final decisions on the style must made by the first fitting.

Any additional alterations, modifications thereafter will be subject to additional charge.
